first round of pre-orders has being over subscribed.
Those who ordered earlier and confirmed earlier with full payment
should already been contacted by our staff now on the confirmed collection date and time.
Collection will be spreading across the month of Feburary to avoid the sudden surge of traffic to our flagship retail outlet at
68 Orchard Road Plaza Singapura B2-20
Please follow strictly to the allocated colletion date and time as we will have a daily quota for collection.
For those who need to change appointment date and/or time, please do so a day in advanced.
Those customers with pre-orders fully paid yet we haven’t contacted you, fret not.
Do give us some time to work around the stock level so that you can get your stocks earlier
by shifting our stocks allocation among resellers
and shifting our stocks from those early bird with late collection requests and we try to allocate to you instead.
We have not forgotten about you, we are still trying hard to get the stock earlier for you!!!
