Flying Dutchman Mark van Cuylenburg, aka “The Flying Dutchman”, launched his career in the Singapore entertainment industry in the 70s, with his deejay job at Rediffusion. Mark was also part of “The Music Force”, an event and entertainment team, which comprised the most renowned entertainers who pioneered and moulded the events industry in the 80s and 90s. Thereafter, as part of the marketing arm at Marina Village, Mark helped promote its entertainment establishments. |

Jeffrey Low is a versatile bilingual actor who is actively involved in cross-cultural, cross-language, cross-media performances. In his formative years, he had the privilege of receiving Kuo Pao Kun’s mentorship in understudying him that enables him to incorporate rich cross-cultural elements into his future works. Trained in Practice Performing Arts School (TTRP) from January 2001 to January 2002, his extensive exposure through multilingual, multi-cultural theatrical studies and approach sees him in crossing over to various performance arts formats like musicals, short plays, dramas and even producing successfully. Bevlyn is a talented multi-lingual singer-songwriter. Her ability to sing in English, Mandarin, Japanese and French gains resonance with listeners of various ethnicities in Southeast Asia, Taiwan, China, South Korea, Japan, France, America etc.
A true original, Bevlyn is one of the pioneering indie artists in Singapore to start the trend of DIY albums in Singapore's mandarin music scene. In 2008, Bevlyn released a 6-track EP album which won the 'Best Independent Album' award at Singapore Press Holding's Singapore E-Awards. The album showcases her versatility by featuring five original songs and a gypsy-jazz arranged cover of French classic ‘La Vie En Rose’.

Carrie Yeo and Chen Diya make up the Freshman. The girls met in 2007 at the audition for “Project Superstar II”, a nation-wide singing talent search competition organised by Mediacorp Pte Ltd, and emerged the top two winners of the female category. Forging a friendship in their rivalry, they continued their dogged pursuit in their common dream – singing. Carrie left her nine to five job as a marketing executive to sign on to Mediacorp as an artiste. She then acted in, and sang theme songs and sub-theme songs for Mediacorp dramas. In 2008, upon a chance listening of Carrie’s demo, local director Royston Tan picked her to sing the theme song of his movie “12 Lotus”. The song, entitled “Love Fool”, got Carrie nominated as Best Newcomer in the Singapore Golden Melody Award 2009. In the same year, Carrie was also chosen to represent Singapore in the “International Chinese New Talent Championship” held in Hong Kong. Diya, as the female champion for “Project Superstar II”, was endorsed by SONY WALKMAN. She completed her undergraduate studies in 2008, bright eyed and excited to embark on a singing career. She signed on with Mediacorp as an artiste, and was given opportunities to sing theme songs and sub-theme songs for Mediacorp dramas. In 2009, Diya was chosen as one of the Singapore representatives who went to Taiwan for the PK rounds of the popular “One Million Star” singing competition. Gifted with boundless energy and a knack for experimentation, the girls have now combined forces to become the Freshman. the Freshman aim to inspire through their eclectic brand of music, and will launch their debut album Life Experiment 101 in September 2010. |

Jiu Jian玖健 is a rare prodigy in Singapore music scene, possessing multiple talents. For many years, he has contributed his talents in developing the local Chinese contemporary popular music scene. Wallace Ang graduated from National University of Singapore with a degree in English Literature and Theatre Studies. He was talent spotted when he was a student to take part in Singapore Model Awards, where he emerged as the Runner-up. This led to appearances in numerous television commercials and print advertisements, as well as runway shows for brands like Adidas and Hugo Boss. Wallace soon caught the eye of producers and directors. He landed roles in both stage plays and television drama series, including a lead role in a China production. In 2006, Wallace started preparations for his debut mandarin album. Titled "Roles", the album consists of 10 songs which he wrote and composed. It was released in February2008. Besides singing, Wallace also tried his hand at Radio hosting.
